Title: Hemp spread

Take one serving of hemp protein (14g protein per 30g), mix with a dollop of honey and a dollop of a margarine of your choice (or olive oil or coconut oil or whatever). Mix in a mug.

That makes enough spread for 4 rice cakes and therefore adds to your totals for the day.

Tastes fantastic too.

Maybe add cinnamon too if you like.
