Title: Brand new!

Hi. Iím brand new to the world of lifting weights. I normally do cardio in the gym but itís boring! For the past week or so Iíve been fumbling about on the different machines. I really donít know what Iím doing. Iíve tried researching but there is lots of conflicting info. Could anyone help with a good starting point? Iím really not very strong but Iím enthusiastic! I want to get stronger and build some muscle mass. I go to the gym 4/5 times per week.
