Does it count if you're that ripped?!?!?! I reckon you need a 20kg weights belt on to make it fair! LOL  ;)

Yeh is very good pal. Looks like there is thought going into that mid back contraction. although you are so lean it probably just does that anyway!
think u can top 20?

Pete not sure if I could make 20 I got 19 when I tried them last week but I never got it on film maybe if I did them more often at the start of my back workout I could do a few more reps I nearly always do them at the end of my workout and by that stage my reps are down to bewteen 13 and 15. I like to try and feel the back muscles working when I do chins.

Great set Felix think thats goin to be hard to beat.    :o May have ago myself at this if can get camera sorted although i tend to hit failure around 15 reps  :-\

Perfect chins, Felix.

Do you ever hang weights from yourself when doing chins?

i.e - Do a set with 10-15kg hanging then go for all out reps? I think you'd manage 20+.

Thanks Tony and Twit lips I have not tried weighted chins for a long time maybe I will buy myself a belt with a chain on it so as I can give them a go normally I go quite heavy with close grip pulldowns going up to 119kg as one of my first back exercises before doing chins as my last exercise maybe if I change it around and do chins first for a while a could maybe do a few more reps.

Felix do them first for the challenge board man!

Im going to have a go at these. Ill get 10 maximum but I do weigh 106kg so Ill let myself off! Unfortunately, that wont keep me off the bottom of the leaderboard! :(

Thanks Steve. Mon I did the chins first the day I got the video taken but I normally do them last in my back workout. 10 chins would be very good weighing 106kg.
