My only gym session of the week
Did a warm up then squats and leg extensions finishing legs with leg curls
Overhead machine and chest presses
Dumbell seated shoulder presses
A quick session and a tiring one with lighter weights
Completed my aspire channel swim challange of 22 miles

No gym this week is really having me
Look at myself and thinking am I loosing gains aaargh
Probley not but I feel flat
Even thou Iím eating carbs and junk food
Iím up 4 lb in weight already
Aaargh
Keto and low carbs I think that this week has shown is the right diet for me at present

Thanks very much Eggy. Here is a video of me Winning the o40s Mr Physique Class on Sunday and one of me coming 2nd in the Open Age Classic Physique Class some of the judges told me they had me winning this as allow the other guys were a lot bigger my condition was just so much better but I was still quite happy with 2nd place.
