I weighed myself on today I was 13.2 1/2 lb so I have lost 1 3/4 lb since last week and 12 lbs since I started my diet at 14.0 1/2 lbs 12 weeks ago. I am going to keep my macro's Pro 226.5G, Carbs 321G, Fats 98G and Calories at 3072 Per Day again next week and see what happens.

I weighed myself on today I was 13.0 1/2 lb so I have lost 2 lb since last week and 14 lbs or 1 stone since I started my diet at 14.0 1/2 lbs 13 weeks ago, I very pleased to reach the 1 stone lost mark allow I still have around 1 and 1/2 stone left to lose to be in competition shape. I am going to eat a lot of food this next 2 days with it being Easter and then from Monday I am going to keep my macro's Pro 226.5G, Carbs 321G, Fats 98G and Calories at 3072 Per Day again next week and see what happens.

I weighed myself on Saturday I was 13.1 3/4 lb so I am the same weight as I was last week and I have lost 12 3/4 lbs since I started my diet at 14.0 1/2 lbs 15 weeks ago. I normally do quite a bit of walking normally around 4  1 hour long walks each week sometimes more but I cut my toe quite badly in the gym 2 weeks ago and it is not healing very well still raw and weeping so it is pretty sore walking back and forward the 5 minute walk to the gym never mind going out for a walk and I think this is the reason I have not lost any weight this last 2 weeks, I am hoping my foot will start to heal over this next week or 2 and I will be able to start going out walking again. I am going to keep my macro's Pro 226.5G, Carbs 321G, Fats 98G and Calories at 3072 Per Day again next week and see what happens.
