Yes Si I will probably do a local show towards the end of the year I have lost 17lb so far but with been quite heavy for me at the start of my diet I have still another 17 - 20lbs to lose to get in condition.

I weighed myself today I was 12.10 3/4 lbs so I have lost 3/4 lbs since last week and 17 3/4 lbs since I started my diet at 14.0 1/2 lbs 24 weeks ago. I will keep my Macros Pro 208.5g, Carbs 251g, Fats 93g and Calories 2634.5 per day again next week and see what happens.
