I weighed myself today I was 12.8 1/2 lbs so I have lost 1/4 lbs since last week and 20 lbs since I started my diet at 14.0 1/2 lbs 26 weeks ago. I will keep my Macros Pro 208.5g, Carbs 251g, Fats 93g and Calories 2634.5 per day again next week and see what happens.

I trained Back on today I decided to go for at least 6 reps with 140kg in the deadlift and to video it, I was really surprised when I managed 8 reps almost getting a 9th rep which would have equalled my PB with 140kg done back in Dec 2017 when I was 90kg which is 10kg heavier than I am now weighing 80kg.

I weighed myself today I was 12.7 1/2 lbs so I have lost 1 lbs since last week and 21 lbs since I started my diet at 14.0 1/2 lbs 27 weeks ago. Since Mon I cut my calories from Macros Pro 208.5g, Carbs 251g, Fats 93g and Calories 2634.5 per day down to Macros Pro 199.5g, Carbs 236g, Fats 84g and Calories 2498 per day.

Here is my New diet since last Mon.

44G PRO, 55G CARBS, 8G FAT

75G OATS, 30G WHEY, WATER
