I trained Back today and my Close Grip Chin Ups went really well I got a New PB on these getting 24 reps.

I weighed myself today I was 12.0 1/4 lbs so I have lost 2 lbs since last week and lost 28 1/4 lbs since I started my diet at 14.0 1/2 lbs 33 weeks ago so I have got over the 2 stone lost mark and my strength is still pretty good, this next few pounds of should see me start to get pretty sharp as in around 11.4 to 11.7 lbs is where I normally compete at. I will keep my Macros Pro 199.5g, Carbs 236g, Fats 84g and Calories 2498 per day again next week and see what happens.

I weighed myself today I was 11.13 1/4 lbs so I have lost 1 lb since last week and lost 29 1/4 lbs since I started my diet at 14.0 1/2 lbs 34 weeks ago so I am now under 12 for the first time since the end of January 2017. I will keep my Macros Pro 199.5g, Carbs 236g, Fats 84g and Calories 2498 per day again next week and see what happens.

I trained Chest And Biceps today, I am starting to look pretty lean now but having lost 30lb in bodyweight my strength has not really dropped very much at all, at 14.0 1/2lbs my best on the dumbbell press was the 85lb Dumbbells was 8 reps today I got 7 reps with the 85lb Dumbbells at 11.12 1/2 lbs, this makes me wonder why on earth I put on the extra weight in the first place as it really did me no good at all and lb for lb I was actually a lot weaker than I am now, I think in future after I finish my current diet I will not let my weight go up much above 12.7 maybe 13 stone at the very most.
