When I weighed myself on 29th December I was 11.2 1/2 lb so I had put 2 3/4 lb from the week before. I just kept my Macros Pro 232.5g, Carbs 351g, Fats 100g and Calories 3231 per day again last week and to see what would happen.

I weighed myself yesterday I was 11.1 1/4 lb so I have lost 1 1/2 lbs since last week. I will just keep my Macros Pro 232.5g, Carbs 351g, Fats 100g and Calories 3231 per day again next week and see what happens. I also started taking creatine again on Tuesday of this week after a 6 week break from taking it.

Why did you break from the creatine
Did you notice any difference being off it Iíve taking it
Everyday for at least 5 years now

I never really bothered with creatine up until a few years ago I had tried it a few times before that but had never really noticed much different with it, but last year I was dieting all year so I just stayed on creatine the whole time until I finished my diet and then I give it a 6 week break and now I have started it again but to tell you the truth I am still not convinced that it does much for me allow I know it works very well for some people.
