I weighed myself on Saturday I was 11.0 1/2 lb so I was the same weight as last week. I will just keep my Macros Pro 232.5g, Carbs 351g, Fats 100g and Calories 3231 per day again next week and see what happens.

Iím back up to 12st 12lb From 11 st 11lb
You are doing great if I eat anything over 2500 calls I put on weight

Thanks Eggy I am the sort of person who always feels hungry but I am a bit surpraised that I have stayed in more or less competition shape on 3231 cals per day, I thought I would have put on a bit of weight on these calories especially since I have done next to no walking since my comp at the end of November. Good luck with your weight loss I am sure you will get it back down again before to long.
