I weighed myself today I was 11.2 1/2 lbs the same as last week. I have decided to do a competition next Sunday I will compete in the Men's Physique Class. I will just keep my Macros Pro 232.5g, Carbs 351g, Fats 100g and Calories 3231 per day again next week and see what happens.

I trained Chest and Arms Today I did 10 sets of 10 with Chest  but with Biceps I did 5 sets all done very slowly both up and down.

I competed in the o35s Mens Physique Class at the PCA Ireland in Belfast on Sunday, there were 5 in my class but I never placed in the top 3.
