on Wednesday I have my first comp of 2011, i should of went to the british single lift but due to service commitments i had to miss that one

there should be some good competition at this and hopfully il make the 110kg class and set some new records

im hoping for 245kg squat 140kg bench and 260kg dead which will be = to my best but i should be 2 weight classes lighter

was 2kg off making the 110kg class and didnt have that good a day really didnt feel strong at all

made 225kg squat 120kg bench and 240kg dead went for 260kg but failed at the top inch or so couldnt lock it out with out hitching

i won my weight cat and was 5.5 points off winning over all but not happy i as i was not at my best

thanks mate i wish id gone 1kg heavier on the squat as the British mil/police/fire record is 225kg and i thought it is 255kg which is the euro record and i plan to break that next month at the royal navy champs
