310kg  squat . Micheal Jones is a Natural british power lifting Title older, he's 22 & 23 stone  Shocked

Massive weight. I thought he was going to collapse at the bottom though when his knee wobbled.

Knee did turn in a bit when powering back up, but i think mine would to with that weight ..... hang on i proberly would of broke in half !! lol...

Some impressive lifting there…I would love to be in the 300kg club!

I find it amazing that, although this guy is 23 stone and very strong, comparatively, you will see an 80kg Chinese powerlifter in the Olympics who squats say 200kg for reps Huh

Chris Hoy, 14st 5lbs (92kg), max squat 220kg and he isn’t even a weight lifter!

There’s hope for me yet!

thats some hoofing squatting hopefully one day il be up there in 300kg + club

id love to make the ton total one day too but with my piss poor pressing its a pipe dream but im quite confident il have squat Euro record for 125(or 110 if i make weight) next month
