saw steves pancake recipe which i may try next week so thought id put mine up

Power Pancakes

8-10 egg whites & 1 egg yolk
Milk (to get consistency right)
1/2 Cup ground oats
1 Scoop whey Protein
1 tsp cinnamon

beat egg whites, yolk a in a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients
add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients.
Should be the consistency of cake batter
Pour small amount into HEATED pan
Spread very thin and form into 4 pancake
When top of pancake dries & bubbles slightly, turn
Lightly brown other side
Serve with sugar free syrup sweetened with Splenda

Yields Approx. 6 (4 diameter) pancakes - 3 meals!
2 cakes per serving

22g Protein
20g Carbs
4g Fat

Hi Strange,
Healthy looking Steves pancake recipe and thanks for sharing with others also Found all the ingredients in stock and will try power pancakes in the morning tomorrow and will share my reviews later with you. Do share more healthy recipes please. Thanks in advance for any input.
