dissapointed with my effort on this but will get the ball rolling

bit silly doing it two days after high rep deads as my hamstrings and lower back where still tender to the touch and you can see from rep fifteen onwards i start leaning further and further forward which just ended up loading the lowerback and hams even more

in two weeks have another attempt when not in agony - post video later today  Grin

Awesome m8, and especially with you not fully recovered!! Since i twisted my knee i cant even get under a bar with more than 120kg on it...doing my head in, havent been able to get down to monster either cos the pain ofdriving after doing legs is too much.

Looking forward to your next attempt fully recovered!!!

Nice lifting Glen, I'll have to have a bash at this one aswell. You certainly have a fair sets of wheels mate, mine on the other hand remain hidden 99% of the time under jog pants so as not to offend. Cry

Odd how it's taken this long to get our first 140 squat. Cant see anyone beating you any time soon though Glen. Hope it doesn't demotivate others from trying!

Nice work!

Going to see if I can film my squats tomorrow night - more for checking form than anything else - but looking at those, its fair to say we have very different techniques... mine probably the worse, lmao!

My attempt from yesterday. It nearly killed me and won't be attempting it anytime in the near future. Almost fell over whilst re-racking it, the legs had totally gone to jelly, high reps arent for me Huh
