at the moment yes - we do one week of high reps (15-20+) then the following week of low reps (3-8)

Nice lifting Jamie, interesting to see you complete single reps and rest for a short time which is probably good for conserving energy but then your under the bar for longer, maybe I'll have to give this technique a bash. 25+ next time mate Smiley
