Hey guys,
not sure if this challenge board is still "active". Posting video of me squatting with 270lbs + 55lbs bar = 325lbs/147kg or something like that.
It was "just" a regular workout and I haven`t done free squats for a very long time as I do squats lately only in the power rack/rack squats from a dead point ( just hit 210kg last week for couple of singles ). But in the middle of set I decided to push myself and instead of 2-3 sets I`ve done only one giant set to failure. Not sure if it will qualify for this board but just wanna share this with you.
