An old recipe I found, I'm sure some of you know it.....5 Minute Protein Brownies


5 Minute Protein Brownies

Ingredients -

  • 40g Whey
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 40g wholemeal Flour
  • 20g Chocolate Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons of Caster Sugar
  • A Dash of Milk

Instructions -

  • Mix the flour/whey/chocolate powder in a cup
  • Add the egg
  • Add sugar and some milk
  • Stir till mixed together
  • Put in microwave for 3 minutes
  • Take out of cup and enjoy

Macros -


Cals - 441
Fat - 12.7g
Carbs - 37.3g
Prot - 46.4g

(Macros divised by taking the sum of the macros for the ingredients)

Above given protein brownies are good for health and you can increase protein level in your diet with these brownies. If you don't waste your money in protein shake then protein brownies are good option for you.

Well these brownies are wonderful. They are so easy to make, and nothing like box
type brownies. My co-workers loved them, and ate them very fastly. I did not add
any walnuts, to the recipe and i found that they were very rich. However that's a best
thing because you can only eat so many.
