I have had a shoulder injury recently, should I train round this or rest altogether, I did a back workout which although did not give me a lot of pain in the shoulder area but I could still feel the injury.
Is ghis just going to make the injury worse!

Shouldn't train with it, bud. Saying that, I would.

I'm working hard to condition myself for martial arts competition at the mo and I'm battling through shin splints. I should rest em but Jeez i've spent 3 months out with a sprained wrist, I cant it out forever.

Go light, its a good opportunity to improve your form and learn. Find angles that dont hurt. Experiment with how you hold your shoulder blades.
Once you emerge the other side you'll be a step ahead.
