I am delighted to say Sharon Magee won the u50.5kg m4 class in the Bench Press and she won the u50kg m4 class in the Deadlift at the World Drug Free Sigle lift World Championships in Autun France on Sat and Sun I have been training Sharon for 2 and a half years now and I am delighted with her acheivements. Sharon lifted 42.5kg in the Bench Press and 90kg in the Deadlift.

Thanks Steve and Mon. To compete at the Worlds in Powerlifting you have to lift a qualification standard and allow I won my class at the Irish championships what I lifted was 7.5kg below the qualification standard for the Worlds so hopefully by next year I will be able to lift what I have to to compete at the Worlds.
