alright guys, im gettin kinda bored with my program and if anyone wanted to write me one ill give it a go or a NM group mash up program would also be great! haha

this is what ive been doing atm in terms of split. mon -chest and bis
tue - legs and abs
wed - HIIT/LISS and rest
thur - shoulders and tris
friday - back and abs
sat - football/HIIT/LISS
sun - completely off

a few requirements:
a 4 day split, mon,tue,thur,fri
no flat bb bench or incline bb bench, skullcrushers or CGBP (tendinitis)
