I can't believe it - I have that exact shake on the weekends without the flax. But I have flax so should bung it in. Love it, with vanilla whey it comes out like a summer berry yoghurt!

Nice one. Yeah, it isn't really like a smoothie, it is more of a yoghurt.....but dairy free, all good.

And its not strictly off season either - oats, berries, whey, water, flax all good pre contest diet foods. Bananas fine for most and honey ok in the morning. It's fast but its natural.

been having the same thing most days minus the fructose and subbed in spinach :O
