Fry 3 rashers of low fat bacon medalions covered in Lea & Perrins sauce
Toast a warburtons brown sandwich thin (pre sliced)
Put the bacon in the sandwich thin with some chopped lettuce and tomato
Easy as that!

Each sandwich contains: 216cal, 20g protein,24g carb, 4.4g fat, 2.4g fibre.

Only problem is its a bit high in sodium. I'm not sure what the protein quality is like in bacon though, anyone know? Could also use turkey rashers instead.
