Today's training:
Pull ups - 3sets; 10reps, 8reps, 8reps + 3 negatives,
Bent over Row - 2sets; 60kg for 15reps, 60kg for 12reps / 40kg for 12reps.
Leg Press - 3sets; 120kg for 30reps, 120kg for 40reps, 190kg for 10reps,
R. Deads - 2sets; 80kg for 12reps on both.
S. D.bell Curl - 3 sets; 14kg for 12reps, 14kg for 12 reps, 14kg for 10reps / 10kg for 8reps / 8kg for 6reps.

5Km bike ride, resistance level 7; 4mins 48secs. Decrease of quite a few seconds there so pretty chuffed.  Grin

Having big issues with constant nose bleeds whenever i exert myself atm. Training through them but starting to piss me off.

Nutrition is taking a hit with these exams. I'm not eating badly but not eating my usual 6meals a day. Sometimes only eat 4 sometimes 7+. Always good healthy food but not the regimented diet in the first post. To be honest, don't really care at the moment. Under a disgraceful amount of stress and so training to channel that elsewhere. If i look bad at the comp, this will be there reason but i accept that.

Otherwise feeling good; great to see the return of Mr Hines' Diaries to help me along again Smiley

Hey James,

I don't think you should worry overly about getting the meals bang on every minute of everyday. Exams are for life and competitions can always wait until next year. Your body won't detoriate hugely by having a few days off training. If you're so stressed you're getting nose bleeds you definitely need to chill for a few days!

Hey Felix, I'm doing the same shows as you! Likely in the heavy weight novices. Starting to worry the weight is not dropping off quite as fast as I would like.

Totally agree Tony but can't seem to find my 'sweet spot' weight loss plan. Still playing around to find what works, HIIT seems to be doing it atm. Was doing steady state and that didn't seem to do shit for me so swapped to HIIT this last week. Will put some new photos up in a week or so. Diet is good, i think, but being poor can't really change it much more than it is.

Yeah, mix up the CV you do, and find the training that is burning the best - whichever method keeps your body feeling warm/hot for the longest after training is the winner for fat loss IMO.
