Tonight, I was cooking my rare tuna steak with lemon, garlic and chilli and I just didn't fancy any carb choices laying around such as rice or potato or pasta. So I decided is eat my tuna steak with raw asparagus then would make an oat/berry smoothie for carbs.

So I put in:

400ml milk
60g oats
Large handful of frozen summer berries

Then just as I was putting the lid on, I saw it and I couldn't resist...

...I chucked in a cherry bakewell!!!

It's not a pre contest smoothie, but its not too far off off-season, especially around training.

And I promise you its delicious!

Fruit, cereal, milk and cake in a drink!
