currently doing bjj not any any supplements except lager and dont lift heavy anymore max bp 110kg for 8 reps dl about 160g for 12reps last time i squatted was 4plates either side of an olympic for 5reps RUBBISH

Finally this one....my point that has been raised in the supplements yes or no and just how much can you grow naturally.Also hasfather time caught up with anyone in turns of their training.Went heavy once in the year and was in pain for 2weeks and can still remember it was in 2010. Cry
