This tastes fantastic, and fairly moderate on the carbs....

1 wholegrain tortilla
20g jalepino chillies
Half a 240g tray chunky chicken tikka (Tesco value)
handful (20g) frozen sliced peppers
30g double concentrate tomato puree
30g light mature grated cheese (Tesco)
30g quark cheese

Pre-heat oven to 190.
Place wrap in oven for around 5 min until brown and firm
Spread tomato puree on wrap.
Place chicken, peppers, and chillies on top.
Sprinkle with cheddar and dollops of quark and garnish with black pepper and dried parsley.
Bake in oven for about 15 minutes until brown.

When eating the pizza drink 1 scoop of whey protein isolate with water.

Each pizza (inc whey) contains:
583 calories
65.3g protein
47g carbs (15.7 sugar)
20.1g fat (12g saturated)
6.2 fibre
1120mg sodium

The pizza will have an ultra thin base and be loaded with chicken. If you dont brown the base first it will go all floppy and fall apart when you try to pick it up.

Obviously you can experiment with other toppings if you work out the macros. i.e chicken/ham/pineapple etc

Well i tried this recipe out, last night. I used a block of extra cheese in place of the chicken
simply dry fried it, and marinated it in the listed ingredients overnight. It was an amazing a
nice change of pace from the same old pizza.I love your chicken tikka pizza recipe hope you
share more good recipes.
