Yep time is ticking on but I'm getting ready for the squats. You're looking forward to seeing them but I'm not looking forward to doing them, the pain is going to be horrible, hence why I'm leaving it late

I'll also try to have another crack at both the dips and chins, they're a bit more fun

Great catching up with you at the weekend Rich. Thanks for the vid - those squats are much better.

Colin - awesome squatting. I could feel your pain just watching it.

Ok chaps, the deadline has now passed and I'm pleased to say we have 4 solid entries. Here are the final results:

1st Colin Harrison - 72 points (100 BulkPowders voucher)
2nd Rich McWilliam - 69 points (50 BulkPowders voucher)
3rd Glen Danbury - 67 points (25 BulkPowders voucher)
4th Jamie Allonby - 46 points

Massive congrats to Colin. Consistently impressive strength endurance across all three excercises combined with great form too.

Some amazing totals there, and it ended up being quite a closely fought battle between the top 3. I'm sure Jamie could have come back with a stronger total too if he wanted to.  Smiley

Congrats to everyone who took part, and a huge thanks to Simon Jurkiw and www.bulkpowders.co.uk for sponsoring the event.

The top 3 can PM Simon to claim their prizes.

Well done, fellas! All were very good efforts indeed!

In case there's any confusion, it's me you'd need to PM. If you're not familiar with our range, just let me know what type of product you're after and we can take it from there.
