ok so this doesnt count but should hopefully get the ball rolling and when i cycle in pure raw squats within four weeks will have another bash without wraps

my backs fine - was doing 140kg good mornings on friday - its my hips which are the weak link in everything at the moment!!!

its getting there

been doing high box squats with 260kg, just need more power out of the hole really. set m,yself the target of 230kg in comp next year and they year after i want 245kg - maybe a big ask but want a demanding target  Grin
