Ok, good and bad session today

had a bad night - didnt get home until 12:15 am, woke up at half two in the morning hypoing and then was up at 5am to get to the gym.

sumo deads - worked up to 200kg x 2 - PB,
pull ups BW x 20
good mornings 140kg x 4, 100kg x 8
single arm rows 60kg x 8 each arm - PB

I hate sumos despite my supposedly being built for them - but think most of that is just shocking tehcnique - really locked my lower back into lordosis (real hyperextensuion of the lower back compared to my normal flat back position on deads) which helped me keep upright and break from the floor easier. been insuring I start from a dead stop on all reps which has dropped poundages used considerably on all my forms of deadlift
pull ups -did these for the challenge board but wont post it as found half a dozen in the middle would not count as was shy of full lockout
good mornings - worse than last week as hips felt tight and inflexible and by this point I was getting light headed from the lack of sleep
another PB on rows, doing these standing bent over and supporitng my upperbody by holding lead leg. each rep has the dumbell stop on the floor before each pull

I lied it was three reps  Roll Eyes

very dissapointed as done six better reps with this the previous week, as stated earlier hips and hamstrings felt to tight - maybe needed more warm up sets!?!?!

ok so so squat session today

overhead squats with bar x 10
back squat
60kg x 5
100kg x 5
140kg x3
180kg x 1
200kg x 1 (wraps on)
220kg x 1
230kg x 1 - poor depth
back squat 120kg x loads  Grin
trap bar deadlift
140kg x 1
180kg x 10

legs seizing up badly from the high rep squats which i was pleased with, despite the reps being more than last week it seemed harder. i had my hands more over the bar to begin with but it moved down as the set progressed. from rep twleve this was a battle but managed to surpass my target
the heavy sets was good - happier with depth of 220kg than last week and thought I would attempt 230kg but it was slow and piss poor depth
trap bar deadlift could have done more if hands were nto feeling like they were starting to seize up

driving away from the gym was agony as an hour drive with my legs seizing the whole way was not good!!!

Ok, half decent session today

Close grip bench press worked up to 110kg x 3 PB
Dips BW x 10, +30kg x 17 done for challenge board
Overhead press 60kg x 6, 50kg x 5, 50kg x 8
Incline dumbbell press 25kg x 20, 25kg x11, 20kg x 14

Was pressing in the rack as training alone, used one of those pussy pads people put around the bar for squats to put under my back to reinforce the arch and it helped me keep a better arch and my scapula depressed and retracted more which definitely helped with stability
Done the rep out challenge which I think hit my hard for the rest of the workout
Overhead press peed off as lost one of my wrist wraps, so annoying only having one of a pair probably more annoying than losing both! Ended up push pressing the last rep on my third set.
By this point my triceps was fatigued and high rep dumbbell pressing was not that great but knew a heavier set would have been futile!

shockingly bad workout - four hours sleep and felt like crap and no amount of caffeine could rev me up

sumo deadlifts worked Upto 200kg and failed to break from the floor twice, dropped to 130kg 2x3 speed reps - but these were slow!!!
pull ups bwx20 - video to go on challenge board later
dumbell single arm.rows 65kg x8, 55kg x10
dumbell curls 17.5kg 2x12

thoroughly peed off with a poor deadlift session.and didn't bother with good mornings
