Bournemouthbarbell are hosting a CLEAN AND JERK and DEADLIFT Challenge at Kings Park Athletics Centre,Bournemouth on Saturday 13th OCTOBER 2012.Weigh in 12.30pm --lifting starts at 1.00pm.

This event incorporates a weightlifting competition first -THEN deadlift.
  Order of lifts:-                            SNATCH and C&J (BWL RULES)  then DEADLIFT (GBPF RULES) unequipped only!

YOU CAN DO ONE/TWO OR ALL THREE LIFTS-YOUR CHOICE!!!!

Entry is free if you are affiliated to a DRUGS FREE ETHOS Sports Federation that Drug Tests(includes GBPF- BDFPA -BWL -UKA -Crossfit affil).You will have to sign a disclaimer before weighing in!

   No entry fee-a development event:-BWL referees--Eleiko bumpers and bars (20kg).3 warm up platforms.Aecc Interns present re massage etc.Cafe open all day .Spectator seating for 50.
Ladies competition seperate from mens competition.
Winners:-pound for pound >and biggest total.

Included in the entries so far are BB members Steve Tyers the IPF World Junior Deadlift gold medallist at 64kg B/W(265dl//115 C&J)
and Louise Watton 62kg GBPF best lifter 2011.(185dl//80 C&J).
The day starts for weightlifters with SNATCH then C&J.  FOLLOWED AFTER BY DEADLIFT.

MANY NEW LIFTERS HAVE ENTERED.You choose which lifts to take.No entry fee but must be a member of a drug testing NGB.
