I dont know if I am breaking any rules by posting this, but I just found these CNP Bars, 34 for 45 bars

Per 100g / Per 75g bar:
Energy: 1612kJ / 382kcal // 1209kJ / 287kcal
Protein: 24g / 18g
Carbohydrates: 50.6g / 38g
of which sugars: 6.4g / 4.8g
of which Polyols: 13.8g / 10.4g
Fat: 9.3g / 7g
of which saturates: 3.6g / 2.7g
Fibre: 3.8g / 2.9g
Sodium: 0.014g / 0.011g
Salt: 0.036g / 0.027g

Approx 0.70p per bar, which is probably teh best value I have seen.

The price went up to 37.99 which still only works out at approx 80p a bar, mine arrived today and they are very good, probably the nicest I have had, they arent too big either which I like, 45 bars should last me a while, I'll eat them on the way to work in the mornings.

IMO the PHD flapjacks are infinitely nicer - you can usually get them for around 80p a bar as well

i generally don't buy bars as they are to moreish and give me digestion issues, which the wife loves Grin

I might buy the odd sample from bulkpowders but i eat real food or have shakes as they have less fillers and binders

Ordered some CNP bars the other day, have to say they're quite chewy and hard. Their flapjacks are good though, but higher cals so not ideal when cutting.

Go to bars have to be Bulk Powders or MyProtein High Pro Deluxe.

Not sure if I'm breaking house rules here but there's a website called,

'Love Health hate waste'

It's essentially a site selling supplements, bars, health foods dead cheap due to them being at 90% of their sell by date, which as we all know in terms of protein powders etc means very little, as there's still a massive shelf life to be had. There are some absolute steals on there and I only mention it because there's a fair few bars & flapjacks listed (as far as I remember).

Even a few EQ products Glen (along with ours) LOL! Smiley
