What would be a good target weight to be able to lift at a bodyweight of 78kg? Like as in flat bench, deadlift, squat

Hi Andy, the unequipped qualifying total for the u82.5kg class in the BDFPA is 490kg, so thats a good starting point. For the single lifts its 120 for bench, 175 for squat and 192.5 for dl Smiley

Cheers for the reply mate, I use straps up to 160kg deadlift but got a pb of 194kg on Tuesday last week, bench 125kg never tried heavier, squat is 180kg for 1 but maybe 3 out a 5 times ill get the rep, do you no what the equipped comps lifts r? Please
