Not bad for a man who struggles to train because of a chronically bad back.

Grin Lee that is incredible - size, sahpe, and utterly dry condition - you deserve to be up there with the best.
How do you train around a bad back and yet stil look like that?

Ste - its all about knowing the limits of someones capability. With regard to myself while i can squat to the floor theres an unneccesary pelvic tilt at the bottom of the movement probaby due to hamstring length and hip flexors. This puts too much stress on the lower back for me down there with a load on. I also look at functional and core exercises in order to form correct posture during all lifting. So i squat to the limit of my back and lighten the load
Youve got to think outside the box and not stick to generic convention. e.g. i can't heavy load my spine especially for squats, calf raises im generally fine but I can do a single leg squat with 1 leg back on a box for stability. Load this with heavy dumbbell so centre of gravity is lower for extra stability and load through the quad and not the knee and hey presto a great leg developer. Its all about learning your capabilites and not blindly following others without proper consultation.

That B&W shot is really good, really good... both from a physique and artistic point of view I like it a lot!
