I have good abs but I have gotten to the stage where I hardy ever feel a pump when doing abs. I am in need of some new exercises to mix up my ab routine... I train abs three times a week  (4 sets ranging from 25-50 reps depending on the exercise) which works perfect for my body.

Is there any exercises that anyone can recommend that are effective?
