hi guys, iv suffered from muscle dysmorphia for about a year and the more i workout the worse it gets, i currently cant train and havent been able to for 6 months because of an impingement in my long head of bicep, so while i have been injured i decided to continue my passion for workoing out in a different way, i am currently studying an masters in health psychology and decided to focus my project on muscle dysmorphia as i believe it is largely overlooked compared to other body dysmorphia disorders. if any of you have a spare 20 mins it would be greatly appreciated if you could fill in my questionnaire.
