Evening folks just wondering who here has trained in the following fashion by combining a two major muscle groups such as back / shoulders with one being the priority muscle in the workout.

So a routine would look like this
Day one Back & Shoulders ( shoulder focus)

Day two : Legs

Day three chest / biceps / triceps

Day four: back and shoulders ( back focus)

Any feedback or Input would be great.
