Hi guys, new on here and thought i should muck in with the training challenges and videos.
first was taken at beginning of training cycle and second in the middle of training cycle (little leaner @ around 84kg)- Fat as a pig in first video.

Thanks T. I love deadlifting, i have always took well to it and squatting. Cant stand benching. Wouldnt mind trying the dios challenge though.
