Now the comps over
Are you planning another soon and how will you diet from now on
Are you upping calories etc again
I would like to get sort of comp ready just to see how I would look
I like the way you train will this change now

That's funny Eggy the video does not play for you it plays for me, I have increased my calories to 3000 good cals this since Sunday plus some bad food on top of that so probably around 3500 per day but I am actually 1/2 lighter this week than I was on stage at my comp, so from next week I will go to 3300 good cals and see were this takes me allow I my have to increase this by a bit more over time. I will just keep my training the same allow as I put on a bit of weight I may get slightly stronger, allow the plan this time is not to go much heavier than 12 - 12.7 lb so as the next time I diet I can get ready in a shorter time frame maybe 16 - 18 weeks. I am planning to do a comp latter next year again when I will be over 50. You are looking pretty lean yourself at the minute I am sure it would not take that much more weight loss to see yourself near comp shape.

I weighed myself on Comp Day Last Sunday I was 10.13 1/4 lbs so I have lost 1 1/4 lbs since the week before and lost a Total 43 1/4 lbs or 3 stones 1 1/4 since I started my diet at 14.0 1/2 lbs 46 weeks ago, I just kept my Macros Pro 199.5g, Carbs 236g, Fats 84g and Calories 2498 per day for the last week before the comp.

I weighed myself today I was 10.12 3/4 lb so I have lost another 1/2 lb since I done my comp last week this despite increasing my cals up to 3000 good cals plus some bad food on top of this so say around 3500 cals per day.

Thanks very much Eggy I have loads of photos from on stage and in the gym just before and after the comp. Just keep working at it and you could surprise yourself some day and get on stage. We seem to be the only one's active on here now I miss the old days when the forum was very busy and full of great information and debate.
