Leg curls

Kettlebell swings
40reps

Side Bench's
35 reps

10 minutes on the stepper and another ten spent foam rolling and stretching.

Didnt train today but spent most of the taking rubbish from the house to the tip and that was a workout in itself lol. With that done it's time for a barbie Smiley

Yesterday I tweaked my training somewhat so it would include less overall exercises but more volume of compound work

Press
27.5x5 35x5 40x5 45x5 52.5x5 57.5x13

Close grip bench press
60 5x10

Chins
Bw 2x10

Pull downs
3x10

10 minutes on stepper
