So a home freeweight upper body

Still feeling tired with lack of sleep and busy at work
I warmed up with 10 mins treadmill as the rack was busy
Onto squats heavy partial sumos
Then arms
Forced curls to failure
Then home feeders

Back and rear shoulder day
Started with heavy for me deadlifts
Sumo and standard ones
Then onto cable rows full stack
Cable pull downs
Then cable flies to failure
Finished with lat pull down machine to failure
Home freeweights and a little cardio
And a session of swimming

Saturday
Home free weights whilst listing to Brighton playing wolves at the Amex
Sunday
Freeweights and bandwork at home
Today has my hair cut and a few home chores ment I did not go tithe gym
But an hours swimming at 7 am has puts my mileage up to 10 miles in my channel challange
Home cardio and freeweights

No training today I thought a compliant rest day was in order
I needed some sleep and feel achy all over
Start of a cold I think
So i never touched a weight today
Upon getting up
I知 feeling tired and anxious
And very twitchy I知 awaiting news

Stayed at home again still not feeling it this week
So I got my light dumbell out and did a hundred reps  of each
Bi curls
Wrist curls
Tri extensions
Chest presses
Chest flies
Across shoulder flies
Low chest presses
Shoulder presses
Lat raises
Front raises
Hand up front raises
Rear flies
Ab crunches
Leg raises calf raises
A good work out
Eating some fresh cod and bass fillets
Nice

Went to the gym today the first time this week a little busy
So was limited to what I could do
First a few reps of
Squats to warm up
Before box squating 137.5 kgs for a few reps
Then onto chest presses
Warm up then dumbells of 28k 24k and 22k
Onto the chest press machine
Heavy as I could go for reps to failure

Just legs today
Squats full depth for reps before moving onto
Heavy box squats for sets of 5,s
Then squats for 10 reps supersetted with
Trap bar deads
Then leg extension machine with slow

Yesterday I had a keto refeed eating loads of calories as I was feeling  leg and glute doms
So wanted to help the rebuilding/heeling process
And today I had a carb up as I was feeling flat and exhausted with no sleep



I need to push on as I have a race in 2 weeks time

After a change in shifts due to the local bonfire celebrations
I was at work early
So only did a very quick few reps
As I知 totally worn out and due to get  my flu jab today

I致e not trained much this week
Due to comittments and have a race today
I致e eaten a lot more carbs this week on a refeed week
And feel a lot more fuller and stronger as a result
Ran a good race in finishing in 44th place in 52 mins over 10 k and 160 runners
Back to the usual routine next week again as I知 racing again next sunday

Recovery day after my run yesterday as I知 running again next week I知 not going to push the legs to much this week
So i will concentrate on upper body

Today
Warm up squats
Then upperbody
Up the dumbell rack for rear flies
Dumbell overhead presses
Rope pull downs
Light decline barbell presses
2 sets of lat machine

Hit and miss training this week due to having to replace my van
So training was not on yesterday
Today due to having a race on Sunday
Was light
Warm up with light full depth squats
Overhead empty barbell presses
Seated dumbell shoulder presses
Some lighting cable flies and dumbell flies
5x5 100k deadlifts
