I am maintaining  12 stone quite easily at the moment
On low carbs high fat
Strength seem to be there still
And definition coming along slowly but steady
A refeed fat day as I知 running tomorrow
A new for me as I知 not carb loading for a race as I usually do
So will see how it goes
Light freeweights and 15 mins cross trainer

My second 10 k race in a week
Felt good and felt light
By not carb loading this time I was not bloated or any excess water
Resting up before light freeweights today

Here where I知 at at the moment
11 st 12 lb
I maneged a trip to the gym
Full and sumo squats to 127kg to start
Then onto decline bench I maneged to do the heaviest weight since my shoulder/arm injury
60 kgs for sets of 3 reps
Then flat bench dumbell presses and flies
Heavy dumbell shoulder shrugs
Chest press machine for heavy doubles
Treadmill for 7 mins warmdown

Hit the gym early today
I did squats
Warm up then full depth squats up to 90
Went onto box squats going upto 130kg for sets of 5s repeats
Then I did laying dumbell flies as warm up to dumbell flat bench presses
Onto the leg press machine for heavy negatives
Finishing with single reps of heavy machine chest press

Today I知 so tired but maneged to go to the gym
I did my customers squats , sumo box style I find when I do them like this I only get Dom痴 in my quads and not flutes
Then incline bench for reps
Dumbell
Flies and heavy single arm rows
Cable
High pull down rows full stack
Straight on rows full stack
Dumbell bi curls
And to finish seated leg curls for reps

Today I started with 110 lengths of the swimming pool
I知 getting closer to my target now in my aspire channel challange swim
Hit the gym this afternoon for dead lifts
Warm up
5x5 110 k
Then repped out
Barbell rows for reps
Then shoulder dumbell presses
Leg extensions

No gym this week is really having me
Look at myself and thinking am I loosing gains aaargh
Probley not but I feel flat
Even thou I知 eating carbs and junk food
I知 up 4 lb in weight already
Aaargh
Keto and low carbs I think that this week has shown is the right diet for me at present

Swimming and walking is my cardio today
And home freeweights
Diets is all up in the air
But will get it back next week
As I will be more able to stick to a eating plan

My only gym session of the week
Did a warm up then squats and leg extensions finishing legs with leg curls
Overhead machine and chest presses
Dumbell seated shoulder presses
A quick session and a tiring one with lighter weights
Completed my aspire channel swim challange of 22 miles

I got another week or sotogo before I can return to the gym daily again
So it痴 another hit and miss week coming up
I知 up 4lb as the diets been snacks and shop sarnies not good I know but it was a case of eating on the go this past few days

Today I got to the gym again
Hoorah
Warm up 1.5 miles walk
So as it was empty I got onto the rack for squats
Heavy for me 127.5 kg box squats sumo style
Then repped out back down to 60 kg
Next was chest and shoulders
Dumbell flat bench pressses heavy as I could go for reps
Then I moved the set position gradually upwards  pressing dumbells
As I went
Then upright seated shoulder presses
Cable seated full stack rows
To finish shoulders I did standing light flies
Then up the dumbell rack for bi curls

Today will only be home freeweights due to other comittments
But tomorrow I have a day off so right back to it then
