Total rest day
I just chilled listing to the footie and cheering in my bets as they won
£100 on Southampton
And a £50 double on charlton and Man Utd
A nice few quid before Xmas
Will hit the gym tomorrow

No workout today  chilled out and eat lots of crap food
I going to put on weight this week to kick start my diet again
As I seemed to have stalled at 12 st

Eaten lots over Christmas so Iím a little bloated right now

Back to the gym today
Chest and shoulders
Heavy flat dumbell presses 2 x 10 of the 30 kgs
The most Iíve done with them for a year
Wow
Then supersetted down on weights to failure
Seated dumbell shoulder presses got to use the  24 kgs again the heaviest Iíve used in a year
Then supersetted down to the 14 kgs
Decline bench barbell 62.5 kgs
Home feeders
Back for legs tomorrow

Then mobility work and light dumbells upper body and bicepts

A bit of a reppy session today as the gym will be closed for 2 days now
Light assorted squats 100 reps
Heavy flat bench  dumbell
Dumbell bi curls
Barbell bent over rows
Cable flies
All 100 reps ran back from gym

Having a chill day and fat loading again as Iím going low carb to get
Down to below 12 st for the brighton half marathon in 7 weeks time

This is how Iím looking after
My Christmas eating
Upto 12st 7lb
Iím looking to get get lower than my recent low from November of 11 st 11lb
As this year I want to see how I have gained since being below 11st 6lb when I started body building in 2011 see page 1 of journal
I reached 13 st 6lb in July this year so I know thing have improved since 201 when I had no muscle
Then my pb squat was a lowly 30 kg now 137 kg wow
Letís see what Iíve got

as Iím back to low carbs

Treadmill 20 mins
1 set of 30 kg flat dumbell presses
Light leg extensions
100 light barbell bench press reps

Wow that was a crap session
I had little sleep this week due to my wife not being well
Going back to keto
Busy at work
And just feeling rough myself
Led to a poor gym session
I started with one set of 30 kg flat dumbell presss
That was heavy
Onto warm up squats wow even those were not good
Then on to heavy sumo squats
Struggled to do but maneged quite a few reps
Empty bar over head presses
Then 10 mins treadmill walking
Felt unwell so left the gym
Decided as I feel drained to have a big cheat meal and a few beers
Hopefully I will get some sleep and get over the fatigue with some carbs this evening
Along with a sleep aid and my meds this evening

A 12 hour carb up has made me feel better and I maneged a good 7 hour sleep for once
I hit the gym for a short session as I need to run tomorrow
A new pb box squat of 142 kgs for 5 reps
Heavy forced 30 kg bi curls
A few shoulder presses 16 kgs
And home feeders was all
I done
Short but heavy and itís good to start with a pb this year

A rrfeedand rest day
Clearing up the last of the christmas food and drink
Soil put on a few pounds of water in the next day or so
But Iím feeling pumped and stronger today than the rest of last week
Down on sleep today
But will grab a few hours shortly before returning to work

Jogged to the gym today
For upper back and shoulders
1 set of daily 30 kg dumbell chest presses
Warm up  reverse rows then up to 16 kg
Seat cable rows full stack for sets of 5 full stack
Bar rows and light bent over rows
Heavy dumbell single arm rows
Lat pull down machine

A new pb  sumo box squat of 146 kgs for 4
Reps
Wow
My aim for this year is to hit 150 kgs
2 sets of daily 30 kgs flat dumbell chest press my aim now my shoulder seems to be ok now after 14 months
Is to get to the 36 kgs flat dumbell presses
 And to dead lift  over 160 kgs again whilst maintain a lower body weight
