Ooh a very bad night no sleep a very heavy chest cough
And a constent streaming nose and eyes
No point in training today dosed up with cold remedies
Need rest sleep and food
Hopefully Iím just feeling flat and lost no muscle
I  ache in my shoulders and chest as it would have been squat day I thought better of it
No point in spreading germs around the gym

I did warm up 60 kg squats then onto 110kg squats before going to heavy sets of 5 box squats
I did 1 set of 5 with 142 kgs
But when I went to do the 30 kg dumbell flat bench presses I maneged one set of partial reps then

On the next set my arm just locked out and I was stuck lost strength and dropped the dumbell
My arm felt week so dropped to 20 kgs dumbells still has trouble pushing it
So i called it a day  and went home to only get a headache on arriving home

First of two gym sessions today plus home freeweights
I went to the gym straight from work in order to try and get my two targets
To squat 150 kg and get back to the  32 kg plus dumbells for bench press
After a warm up on the treadmill I went for the dumbells
Starting on 23 kgs for 5 reps then progressing up
Until I got to the 32 kgs
AND yes I got 5 partial reps as my shoulder injury still prevented me to get a full rep
Then onto smith machine flat bench heavy for reps
Then went to the leg press warm up and to push out a few heavy reps
Before going to the squat rack
Started with 100 kgs partials then I went straight for the 150 kg partial and got it for 5 reps I mean they were just short movements
Of 1/4 movement but itís the most weight I have ever moved on my shoulders
