Yesterday I ran 12 miles along the seafront I wanted to do more but I had no energy
Gym was just light stuff
Today I upped my carb intake
2 k on my cross trainer before walking to and from the gym about 3 miles in total
Today was just 40 mins dumbell bench presses only sets to failure

A bad night overnight as it was my night off I struggled to sleep 3 hours in and I awoke in a panic. Anxiety returned
Tried to get some much needed sleep later but noise from outside was intolerable as I got tuned into it and failed to sleep more than 1 hour
Iím really struggling on the sleep again
Absolutely no training today as I have been reloading carbs
as I feeling deflated and weak after my run
Two weeks out from the marathon and this is not good
Weight is up 3 lb with carbs
Hopefully I will push myself tomorrow for one last long run

Today I did 1 hour treadmill running
varying the incline and speed of the machine
Then onto flat dumbell presses for a few sets
And to finish dumbell light flies

Just 3 sets of 35 secs static hanging s Iím having a few twinges in my shoulders today
Have been doing these for a week now to stretch out my shoulders
Went to see dumbo i enjoyed it more than Iíd like to admit

Today 1 hour cardio
30 mins treadmill
20 mins cross trainer
10 mins rower
Then onto 50 mins arms
Seated decline dumbell bi curls sets to failure
Then onto supersets
Standing barbell 20 kgs bi curls 5x5
Cable bi curls
Cable isolation single arm bi curls
Tri rope pull down
Barbell decline close grip bench 100 reps
100 rep barbell seated wrist curls

Today I did another hour of cardio
20 mins treadmill
20 mins cross trainer
20 mins seated static bike
Light leg extensions machin
Light leg curls machine
Heavy dumbell across body hammer curls to finish

Finished work early so I managed 3 hours restless sleep
And awoke with a cramp i my calf
Today in the gym it was arm  and chest only
Flat dumbell bench press sets to failure
Bench decline dumbell bi curl
Hammer curls all to failure
Forced bi reps
Barbell decline bench 100 reps
Cable curls
And to finish foward leaning bi curls

A deliberate slow run in the  very hilly lancing 10 k saw me finish in a surprising 54 minutes
I was very tired before the race having not slept as I was anticipating bad news today
which surely arrived
Things are not going well in my final week of training for the brighton full marathon on sunday

Trying to have a bit of a recovery day today
My legs are sore not sure why though they seem bad
Going to eat some food and just swing a few light weights later
Then three days of zero carbs before loading

Right at this moment I feel totally worn out
Iím not sure wether or not I will take a part in Sundayís marathon
So much grief and worries at the moment Iím failing to rest my mind and chill out
Even when I do dose off for an hour itís a restless sleep
I so much want some rest night work is just playing havoc with me right now
