Today I got to the gym
It was a bit of an body part workout
Started with treadmill
Then warm up barbell overhead presses
Of 30 kgs
Failed on 62.5 kg twice but got near to lockout
Then repped out at 50 kgs
Then squats
10 x 60 kg
10 x 70 kg
10x 80 kg
3x 80 kg
Seated  machine overhead press pb of 62.5kg
Followed by arms and shoulder work
Curls and seated presses

With the gym closed today
And matters to attend to and back to work tonight
I just done a few home routines
5x10 20 kg barbell bi curls
5x10 20 kg barbell overhead presses
Calf raises
Some accessary work
Resting up also as Iím determine to hit the 62.5kg
Barbell overhead press this week Iím getting close

Yes at last I hit my target of a new pb overhead press
Warm up empty bar
Straight to 62.5 kg overhead press
Got it up to lockout yippee
Second attempt fail
60 kg x1
60 kg fail
55 kg x 2
50 kg x 5
50 kg x 4
50 kg x 1
Flat and decline dumbell chest presses
Sets to failure

It was great to hit a new pb again
In recent weeks I have really pushed myself to achieve this
Iíve seen a good increase in strength in recent weeks
With the addition of a few natural supplements
Even though Iím eating around or below maintanance my weigh is hold steady at 12 8 lb
Still lean in my arms and legs. It shoulder are looking full and defined
The only place fat is appearing is on my belly

I was going to take a break day today
As I was feeling tired and anxious and a little chesty
A cold maybe?
But I pushed myself to go
50 mins cardio treadmill/seated bike/ and x trainer
Then I did a variety of dumbell and machine movements
Nothing very heavy but more mobility and blood pumping type

Wow 3 comments on a week from fellows at the gym saying I look pretty big across my shoulder and chest now and good definition in my upper arms had me bubbling
Today I started with
Warm up overhead presses
Wow hit two singles of my new pb 62.5 kgs
Then  60 kg x2 singles
Then leg work
Light full depth squats
Partial heavy squats
repped out 65 kgs
Leg extension machine
5 mins cool down treadmill
Home bands

Tried for 65 kg overhead press but failed
Then 63 kg failed
But I was tired and feeling it from yesterday
A mistake to try
So it was deads instead
60 kg x5
90kg x5
100kg x5
110kg x5

137kg x 1
115kg x 1
115kg x I
110kg x 1
100 kg x2 sumo
90kg x 5
Empty bar 25 x 2 behind the head presses

Today I went for my first cycle ride of the year
Dusted of my bike and ride for 4 miles
So todayís workout will be home bands and lift freeweights

A full body workout today
Started with single barbell overhead presses
Warm up
62.5 kg
Then 60 kg x 5 singles
Dumbell bench press
2 sets of 30 kgs for 5 reps
Then 3 sets of 10 of 22kg
Heavy squats for 4 sets
Full stack cable rows for 6 sets of 5
Finished with lat pull down machine
Home band and dumbell bi curls

Felt tired today after a busy night at work
Could not sleep this morning
So gym work suffered
30 mins treadmill
Just very light dumbell almost cardio
Type workout
Not a good session

After yesterdayís poor session
And a busy night at work I decided a stay in bed day was in order
I have been hitting the heavy weights quite a lot recently and felt Iíve
Depleted myself a little
So straight into bed from work this morning took a sleep aid and
Got some sleep not straight out sleep but I awoke a few times but did
Rested up for about 6 hours
A shower and some food
Felt better and Iím going back to bed again after my supplements before work

Failed next
Got it next rep
Partials and then
57.5 kg for 2
55kg for 2
Then 50 kg for 5
Incline dumbell presses
5x18 kg
5x 20 kg
5x 22 kg
5x 22 kg
5x24 kg
Seat incline dumbell bi curls for sets to failure

Standing barbell curls of 37.5 kg
Standing bent over rows for 5x10 reps
To finish flat dumbell presses
5x26kg
5x30 kg

Feeling a little sore in my upper body today cool arms feel jacked and tight
No gym today as we going to the south of England agriculture show today plenty of walking will be The order of the day
Meals will be snacks and on the go
The heavy rain curtailed our trip a little
Still spent 4 hours out
