Iíve been on low carbs and below maintance this week
I feel tired
Low energy
Looking a little flat as always
So I think itís a carb up refeed day today
And have a shorter session in the gym later
Maybe as itís pull day just do 50 per cent deads and cable rows
And il will walk / jog to the gym to get some fresh air in as working nights trying to sleep days sees me not getting much outdoor time
Hit the gym early
So did every one else. !!
So first half of my session was catching up with legs
Rower
Hamstring machine leg curls
Leg extension machine
Running on uphill treadmill
Then dumbell single arm rows
Cable machine rows and pull downs
Then home light free weights

Iím at work early today due to the celebrations for bonfire at the Lewes as the roads are being closed early
So today I went for a short mile run in the rain
And will do some home free weights today
After my refeed high carb day I weighed myself this morning and had gone back up to 12st 1 lb from 11st 11 lb  
But Iím back to my diet plan and hopefully once Iíve body cycled il be back down again in a day or two

Sunday Iím back down to 12 stone
And will have a low carb day today
And just shade 2200 calories
Plan to do moderate home weights today
40kgs barbell bi curls 
And a few dumbell curls
And heavy upright rows

My weight is coming back down slowly Iím at 11st 13 lb this morning
After my refeed Friday I think this week I will refeed slightly differently
Rather than cheeting per say I will
Just bumb up my calories and eat more clean carbs rather than junk food cheets
Afternoon
Push day/legs
Warm up treadmill
Machine chest press omem heavy
Full stack 5x10 leg extension machine
Kettle bell 50 reps goblet squats
Machine hamstring curls 100 reps
Heavy 3rep sets decline bench
Lighter for reps
Dumbell chest press
Overhead seat shoulder press dumbells
Cable tri pushdowns
A good session to start the week

ManŤged to get 3 hours sleep this morning
Yippee so I had  plenty of energy for my pull session today
An energy drink and carbs and I was ready
Warm up rower
Heavy new pb lat pull down machine 107.5 kgs for singles then repped on drop sets
Cable pull  down heavy and rows
Reverse chest press pulls
Cable overhead tri extensions
And a few dumbell rows
A good session with heavy weights this week after last weeks reply stuff itís good to struggle a bit again
A new pb wow progress continues

Cardio and bit day

A few sets on the decline bench
Squats
100 rep leg curls
Then heavy 30kg bi curls for sets of 5
Treadmill
X trainer
Ab cable crunches
Laying back curls

2nd push day
Started with machine heavy omem and slowly decreased the weight going to failure on each set
Overhead press machine heavy
Leg extensions
Hamstring curls
Heavy dumbell flat bench presses
Super settled with weighted seated calf raises
Seated dumbell shoulder presses heavy as I could manŤge
Barbell seated overhead presses
Weighted cardio bar overhead extensions for reps
Weighted cardio bar bi curls for reps
Surely after doing this lot I must have some improvement going on

I gave the gym a miss today
So I have been on a carb up today and a bit of a re feed
So i did a home free weight workout
Iím at 11 10 today

Iím tired today but will do some home freeweights again  probley cross trainer aswell
Back to lower carbs aswell today

Onto  dumbell bench presses  for sets of 5s
And followed by dumbell seated shoulder presses
Then machine overhead presses
Squats 5x5
Machine hamstring curls
Followed by full stack machine leg extensions
A shortish session but productive I think

I have  until now been on 12/12 split on intermittent fasting so now I feel I can go to the standard 16/8 split
To reduce my last bit of body fat to get my abs ripped they are showing but not popping as yet
I will stick to carb cycling and will go up 200 Cals for a while  to offset loosing  to much  weight to quickly
Iím not hungry after 12 hour fasting so the jump up 16 hours should be ok
My quirrey is can I eat  my protein needs in just 8 hours 150 grams ?

Pull day

Walk to and from the gym today about 5 miles all told
Started with single arm cable flies then
seated cable heavy rows
Seated  cable lat pull downs
Then onto dumbell rear flies
Heavy front lateral raises
Cable flies
And lat pull down machine

PUSH DAY

Warm up light decline bench
Then 71kg decline barbell omem bench for 2/3 reps
Then drop setted for reps
Cable tri push downs upto full stack
Cable flies as heavy as I could go
Lat push downs machine
Quick legs and treadmill
A shorter session but very taxing due to using near my
Maximal weights
A good session overall
Even though Iím static at 11st 11lb for a couple of weeks
My lowest weight for a few years I feel at my strongest right now
So after a real tipsy turvy year for me I feel Iím getting there in my training at last
Iím getting some good definition now
