Back to the diet again as Iím upto 12 st 11l lb again after my Christmas binging
First session of the new year
Warm up
8 x 5  30 kgs dumbell chest presss
Reps of barbell bench
 Rope tri pull downs
Squats.
Leg extensions

Twinges in my left shoulder now
Ooh
Any way today is double gym day
Iím going to see if I can push the 32 k dumbells to give me a new bench mark
Yes I did the 32 k dumbells for 5 x 5 easier than I thought job done new pb
Did cable flies next
Followed by lat pull downs full stack
Up the barbell rack for curls yes did the 40 kgs new pb
Then onto smith machine bench press for 62 kgs
Finished with calf raises on the leg  press machine
Just home freeweights as I was so tired

A short two exercise session
Heavy  deadlifts for single reps
Then  60 kgs decline bench press for 150 reps
My right arm shoulder still hurts itís been a month now so might go back to light weights for a week or so

Another frustrating day could not train due to family over
I needed sleep badly to and arm needs to heal
Iím getting a little fed up with personal things just now
Hopefully il be back at the gym tomorrow

Had a really light home workout today I was so tired that I slept for 6 hours which is the most I have slepted in one go for over a year
Feel really groggy at the moment but hopefully I will get through my night shift better tonight arm better for the rest

Arm felt a lot better today the sleep doing me good so I hit the gym early
For a new pb dumbell bench press of 2x3 of 34 kgs
Wow
I worked up to it with
12 kg
24 kg
30 kg
32 kg
Then 34,s
Followed by weighted seated rows
Then finished with seated
Shoulder presses

What have I done ?
I thought my arm was better it felt good today
After working biís l went on to do bench
Was ok until I tried 70 kgs itís below my pb
When nearly to lock out my right upper arm shoulder area suddenly felt like it was being twanged so I had to roll off the bar
I was in a little discomfort but not to bad went on to do legs
But now I cannot raise my arm  hurts to move in all directions and is tender to the touch
This is a set back again

No training
My arm is still painful but is getting better fast  just tender on the front of my shoulder now
And mobility is coming back

Painful  but mobility is coming back fast now Iím light stretching my shoulder and just feeling the movement back
Puffiness is subsiding also hopeful I will be back soon to the gym

Have got bruising coming out on my shoulder now pain is still a lot

But mobility is improving
Massaging and using a light dumbell is helping
But sleeping is not existant

Pain is still there in my shoulder but better mobility if I push a little through the pain
Light home weights today as Iím back to work

Most of the pain has gone now just a few twinges that catch me off guard slept for about 6 hours today
So back to the gym tomorrow i hope

At last I finally got back to the gym after a terrible week
Things going wrong pain and things I could not control
But today my arm felt ok so I did a light shoulder routine
And some really light dumbell
Good to be at it again
