Back to the gym today 15 mins warm up
On the treadmill
Then a real disappointing set of flat dumbell presses was ok until I pressed the 22 kgs then I found my right arm had no strength failing to press the weight as a few weeks I was repping the 34s
So i felt really disappointed and now donít know what to do to move forward

I have tendinitis in the shoulder and properly pulled a muscle aswell that caused my arm to be incedibly painful and long time healing so I now have an answer to my problem
Just light homework as Iím running on Sunday in the Brighton half marathon
So rehabbing is painkillers and time
Hopefully I can get back to full weights soon
At least itís peace of mind now knowing itís nothing more  serious

A very cold and windy brighton half marathon today
Despite my recent setbacks and a tougher course I completed the race in under 2 hours
Iím pleased with my effort
