Light home freeweights
I want to get back to the heavy stuff but fear I wonít be able to
Iím deffo loosing strength and more volume than I want
Cutting calories is not helping but I need to be at my racing weight of 12 stone
I will miss this target for Sundayís marathon as Iím stuck on12 st 7 lb

The day before the brighton marathon
Collected my race pack and number yesterday
Feeling somewhat apprehensive as it will be my first marathon for two years since getting ill
My arm is better than it hax been for awhile but still got this clicking type
Snapping type pain sometimes if I move it in a position it donít like
Weight is around 12st 7lb despite me trying to get close to 12st 2lb
After my race recovery il try to get back to a bodybuilding type training again

Day after the marathon I ran a slightly disappointing 4.24 but it was a crowded race
And when I realised at the half way mark I was not going to beat my pb I took it easier in the second half finished with leg pain and a few blisters
Been to the gym trying to get back into more bodybuilding again
Arm feeling ok again

Yippee I think doing the marathon has does wonders for my arm
Hit the gym for the heaviest session I have done since getting injured
I tried the 26 kgs dumbells for flat bench press YES I got it up with no pain
Full stack lat cable pull downs
Worked upto 147 kgs deadlifts the max plates the gym has
Went well no pain
A great confidence rebuild session
Hopefully things go progress again now
