15 mins treadmill fast uphill
Seat cycle 15 mins
Warm up squats then 5 x 10 50 kgs
Light seated shoulder dumbell routine

Weighted bar curls overhead presses
Dumbell curls

Dumbell one arm rows
Evening 1 hour swimming cardio

A good week with my arm almost back to normal
Pushed it a little but will step up a bit more this coming week

Short on time and sleep today
So a quick session at the gym
Squats

5x5 70 kgs
Then doubles of 87 1/2 kgs
Back to the 26 kgs dumbell  again
On the flat bench press progress is resumed
Arm great again after 6 months of pain
A week to go on the naproxen
30 kgs dum shrugs

A short session today
As my bulk powder order is due fantastic
Warm up squats then  5x5 72.5 kgs  warm down squats
Dumbell flat presses 2 kgs
Decline close grip empty bar bench presses 100 reps
30 kgs dumbell cross body hammer curls
100 light reps leg extension machine
Home  off the internet bicept curl routine

Heavy for me 95 kgs single squatsl
Full stack cable rows
Full stack cable pull downs
 50 moderate flat dumbell presses
Heavy  30 kg e arm dumbell rows
Then 28 kgs one arm dumbell rows
One arm heavy dumbell flies
Lat pull down machine slow negatives
10 mins rower222
10 mins cross trainer
10 miles fast up hill walking treadmill
A good session and no arm pain
I think at long last Iím back in the game

 Yesterday was a Rest day from the gym but did 1 hour swimming yesterday
TODAY
5 mile cycle ride
Warm up squats
Then 1x90k
Then onto 3 x 2 of a return pb heaviest Iíve squattted in 2 years since joining the new gym
Of 100 kg
And then an all time equal pb of 102.5 kg
WOW
 26 kg flat dumbell presses
30 kg single arm rows
Great week in the gym
Iím deffo back arm feel great again

A 3 mile run this morning up hill on the downs
Legs felt tired but not sore after doing daily squats
Will just do bicepts today as Iím working tonight
Good week now to get back to being consistent

Warm up squats
Then pyramid 100 kg squats 2/3/4/3/2
Then double of 102.5 kg
New pb of 105kg for 2 reps
Then 26 k flat dumbell presses
Left arm of 28 kg dumbell self assisted right hand 28 kg
Dumbell
Presses
A few lighter reps
 30 min cardio
Split into to 15 mins on the treadmill and seated bike

Tired and low energy
After yesterdayís heavy day
I took it easy
Daily  squats warm up and doubles of 60 kg
2 sets of 25 rope hammer curls light
Unweighted bar for several sets of wrist curls and seated calf raises
And 50 reps of light barbell bi curls
30 mins cardio

90 kg x 2
100 kg x 3
New pb 107.5 for 2 reps
Shoulders
30 kg dumbell shrugs
Cable full
Stack rows and pull downs
Arms
2x5 30kg dumbell cross body  hammer curls
Chest
Flat dumbell presses back up to the 28 kg dumbells for 3 reps
Strength coming back now

A short heavy session to end a good week
